With over three decades of experience spanning real estate, mortgage, and home renovation, Donna stands as a trusted source of wisdom and strategy. Donna earned her real estate license in 1992. While her path would lead her to explore the world of mortgage lending four years later, the magnetic pull of real estate proved too strong to resist. In 2007, Donna returned to real estate, founded an agency and built a team.

Several years later, Donna and her husband launched a private lending initiative to aid families in their pursuit of homeownership. Yet, 2008 brought forth the financial crisis, which saw payments halt and countless homes succumb to foreclosure.

“Some defaulted owners took everything with them,” Donna said, “Cabinets, interior doors, even exterior doors. I remember chickens running in and out of properties in North Lauderdale.”

Showcasing her versatility and adaptability, Donna and her husband got to work fixing those homes, installing flooring, fixtures, and appliances and then began selling them.

On a flip in 2015, Donna met Noelle McIntyre, True Floridian Realty’s founder. She was impressed by Noelle and thought that if she had to work for anyone, it would be Noelle. Ultimately, when Donna closed her brokerage, she went to work with Noelle, where she became the first woman in True Floridian Realty to earn “Salesperson of The Year.”

“I’m constantly watching the market,” Donna said. “I always review price changes because I like to know what’s going on. I believe in my renovations and want to help homeowners get top dollar for their properties. I still—to this day—get a major thrill out of being a buyer’s agent, too. I absolutely love what I do.”

As the market cools and foreclosures loom after forbearance and COVID-19 allowance end, Donna is again eager to get into remodels.

Donna is not just a realtor but also an advocate for the homeowner. With over 100 flips under her belt and countless sales, the Reno-To-Sell Program is Donna’s way of bridging between sellers’ aspirations and buyers’ home-owning dreams.
